I don't recognize this charge — what should I do?

If you notice a charge you don’t recognize, don’t worry — we’ll help you figure it out.

First, check if:

Someone else (e.g., a family member) may have used your card to purchase a subscription

You signed up for a trial that later converted into a paid plan

You previously used our service and forgot to cancel an auto-renewing subscription

A screenshot of the charge

The last four digits of the card used (or specify if it was Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal)

The date of the transaction

We’ll review the charge, and if it was made in error, we’ll issue a refund where applicable.
